About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate II to join our team at Coach, a global fashion house. As a Sales Associate II, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing Coach selling skills and Service training.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Coach values and products to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail service environment, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to make recommendations to customers.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
