We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sin Nombre. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with additional back-office tasks daily when required and work on additional tasks assigned by your supervisor or mentor.
- Liaise with supervisors/mentors on specific projects as requested.
- Escalate potential service issues initially with your mentor.
- Ensure contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained.
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
- Attend regular team meetings.
- Follow all processes and procedures of the project, including making correct needs analysis and providing relevant offers in every call where allowed.
- Understand and comply with administrative duties, including holidays, sickness, and overtime.
- Provide cover for other agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
- Fluency in relevant languages.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn the sales part of the role, but you should be naturally good at convincing others.
- Able to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
- Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
- Ability to take ownership of and progress calls to resolution or to escalate calls to resolution.
- Customer care skills, ability to listen to and understand the customer's needs.
- Self-assured, feel very confident and positive about yourself and your abilities.
- Resilient, able to work to tight deadlines and within constraints.
- Strong negotiation skills, planning and analytical thinking.
- Communicative, speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
