Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sin Nombre. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with additional back-office tasks daily when required and work on additional tasks assigned by your supervisor or mentor.
  • Liaise with supervisors/mentors on specific projects as requested.
  • Escalate potential service issues initially with your mentor.
  • Ensure contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained.
  • Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
  • Attend regular team meetings.
  • Follow all processes and procedures of the project, including making correct needs analysis and providing relevant offers in every call where allowed.
  • Understand and comply with administrative duties, including holidays, sickness, and overtime.
  • Provide cover for other agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
Targeted Qualifications
  • Fluency in relevant languages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn the sales part of the role, but you should be naturally good at convincing others.
  • Able to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
  • Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of and progress calls to resolution or to escalate calls to resolution.
  • Customer care skills, ability to listen to and understand the customer's needs.
