Descripción del trabajo: Buscamos un Performance Marketing Lead (SEM) ambicioso y altamente motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo. El Performance Marketing Lead (SEM) trabajará estrechamente con el Head of SEM y será responsable de planificar, implementar y analizar diferentes estrategias comerciales a través de marcas y productos con un fuerte enfoque en el canal SEM.
Responsabilidades clave Desarrollo de estrategias de adquisición de clientes para el canal SEM.
Monitoreo diario de ventas, rentabilidad y seguimiento de objetivos.
Entrega de informes de rendimiento e información al equipo y partes interesadas internas.
Interacción con propietarios de productos y coordinación interna para crear estrategias efectivas para el canal SEM.
Identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento y escalado de pruebas exitosas.
Monitoreo proactivo de métricas competitivas.
Construir y desplegar una estrategia efectiva de APP y móvil para el negocio.
Desarrollo de soluciones y procesos de automatización para la consistencia y eficiencia operativa.
Entrega de pronósticos anuales y estimaciones de objetivos.
Calificaciones Habilidades y experiencia Esenciales:
Experiencia comprobada en marketing de rendimiento, más de 5 años con un enfoque preferido en SEM.
Excel avanzado para interpretar y analizar grandes volúmenes de datos.
Enfoque orientado a datos, habilidades analíticas y numéricas sólidas.
Experiencia en la gestión de grandes presupuestos para campañas de búsqueda pagada.
Experiencia en análisis web, p. ej., Google Analytics.
Buena comprensión de la oferta de pujas automatizadas (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, etc.).
Deseo de colaborar con otros departamentos para mejorar las campañas de búsqueda pagada.
Deseables:
Conocimiento mínimo de MySQL, BigQuery.
Experiencia con herramientas de pruebas A/B.
Comprensión del canal de campañas de aplicaciones es un plus.
Idiomas: alemán, francés o italiano como segundo idioma es un plus.
