Responsibilities: Your role as Associate Director will involve: Development of new alliances for IE in Spain Business and diagnostic projects development, consultative sales, benchmarking and strategic planning in diverse sectors Execution of the strategy for business development, integrating a commercial plan and long-term objectives Commercial activities: sales, co-creation and management of academic projects with IE's various schools and departments, for the development of long-term relationships with targeted and strategic accounts.
Collaboration with other departments to ensure that the corporate strategy in the region is coherently integrated throughout the organization.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should have: Master's Degree.
Fluency (written & oral) in both English and Spanish.
Arabic is a plus.
5+ years professional experience.
Sales oriented.
Experience in B2B sales will be considered.
Skills for developing a corporate clientele; creating and delivering proposals; and the management and development of international projects.
CRM experience, extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other databases.
