Job DescriptionOur client, a leader in various industries including tech, finance, travel, fashion, and healthcare, is seeking a Danish Speaking Customer Representative for the Automotive Industry in Barcelona, SpainWhy you'll love working thereOur client offers a personal and employee-focused work environment. You'll receive continuous training and guidance from your managers and team, learning new processes and developing your communication skills while working with innovative technologies.Your benefitsFull-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday – Friday.Great office location in Barcelona.Fully paid training, career development program and specialized courses.What you'll experience with our clientAs a Customer Representative in our client's team, you will:Take incoming user requests via telephone/email from importers, dealers, car owners, potential customers.Address requests/incidents related to specific products/apps.Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to users.Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.You ´ll be a great match if youAre native or proficient in Danish and advanced in English.Have 1+ year working experience with customer service; automotive industry experience is a plus.
