Customer Relationship Management
- Ontwikkelt en bouwt proactief aan klantrelaties in zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheidsgebied.
- Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van de positie van KONE onder zijn/haar klantenbasis of marktgebied.
- Maakt en communiceert leads en verkoopkansen voor het volledige verkoopteam van KONE (bijvoorbeeld cross-selling).
- Zorgt samen met de rest van het KONE-team voor klanttevredenheid en het oplossen van klachten.
- Documenteert de klanten- en contactinformatie, onderhoudt de klantgegevens.Verkopen
- Verantwoordelijk voor leads, mogelijkheden, orders en contracten om de doelstellingen voor het verkoopbudget en de prijsstelling te behalen.
- Valideert dat de inhoud van de order die is ontvangen van de klant in lijn is met de uitkomst van het onderhandelingsproces, inclusief de algemene voorwaarden, de kwaliteit en de veiligheid.
- Verantwoordelijk voor de overdracht aan de installatie-, onderhouds- en/of technische afdeling met volledige en juiste informatie.
- Onderhoudt alle gegevens van kansen, taken en bezoeken.
- Tijdige en juiste rapportage.
