Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join our team at CPM International. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer contacts over the telephone and via email to ensure timely and efficient resolution of queries.
Care for customer satisfaction by going the extra mile with each contact.
Support drivers and passengers by providing timely responses to their questions and concerns.
Strive for first contact resolution to resolve driver and passenger queries efficiently and satisfactorily.
Requirements: Fluent level of both written and spoken German.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English.
Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment.
Patience and empathy to support a paratransit service.
Autonomous and fast learner to provide effective support and be proactive.
Solution-oriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer.
What We Offer: Starting salary: 25,000€ gross per year.
Full-time contract with a rotating schedule (39 hours per week).
