Als Kundenberater im Bereich Kundenservice stehst du an vorderster Front und hilfst unseren Bankkunden bei verschiedenen finanziellen Fragen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen die prompte Bearbeitung von Anliegen sowie die Pflege positiver Kundenbeziehungen durch freundliche und professionelle Kommunikation.
Als Kundendienstspezialist in diesem Bankenprojekt gehören zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben: Bereitstellung höchster Unterstützung für unsere Bankkunden per Telefon und E-Mail zu einer Vielzahl von finanziellen ThemenBereitstellung genauer, gültiger und umfassender Informationen durch Einhaltung der richtigen VerfahrenÜbernahme von Kundenanfragen, um eine zeitnahe Lösung und Antwort zu gewährleistenPflege bedeutungsvoller Beziehungen durch Beantwortung von Kundenfragen in höflicher, freundlicher und professioneller WeiseÜbertreffen von Qualitätszielen im Kundenservice, Einhaltung von Vorschriften und Erreichen von ProduktivitätszielenGestaltung einer außergewöhnlichen Kundenerfahrung, die von Menschen geschätzt wird und auf die wir stolz sindVerantwortungsbewusste Umsetzung von Managementanweisungen und Bereitstellung konstruktiven Feedbacks nach BedarfWas erwartet dich dabei?
