We help well-known brands improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions, in over 70 countries.If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as an Activation Specialist in Malaga (On-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in the sport industry.What you will do in this roleAs an Activation Specialist on our team, you will:Gather information quickly by understanding customer needs and uncovering sales opportunities.Guide the customer through the next steps of their journey while inspiring confidence and being perceived as a trusted advisor.Develop an understanding of Azure services and its cost and monitoring capabilities with a technical aptitude.Become a trusted technical advisor for our customers by clarifying their questions and handling their objections.Understand the Azure sales lifecycle and the stage our customer is at.Uncover sales opportunities that might not always seem obvious (e.G., future upcoming projects, follow-up to test phases, etc.).Provide critical product and program feedback to operations, business groups, product groups, and engineering.Concentrix is a great match if you:Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch with an advanced English level.Have an Associate/Bachelor's Degree.Have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, 2 years of Account Management and IT industry experience, and 1 year of Customer Relationship Management experience.Have experience working with or selling Azure.Are Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) Certified.Have recognized and verifiable experience with CRM/ERP systems and (IT) sales processes.Can approach and engage a new customer quickly with negotiation capabilities.Are a Trusted Advisor with the ability to consult on high-level strategy and overall IT spend.Have solid time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity.Are confident and articulate with the ability to communicate programs with Senior Management.Can provide product and program insights to stakeholders.What's in it for youIn this role, we offer benefits that help support your unique lifestyle:Full-time 39 hours/week permanent contract: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 17:00, Friday 9:00 to 16:00.Salary 26,000 euros gross/year + up to 4,000 euros gross/year in bonus.Great location in Malaga.Bring-a-friend (referral) bonus opportunities.Full paid training on the company and the project you'll be working on.Career development programs, specialized courses.If all this feels like the perfect next step in your career journey, we want to hear from you.
