**¿Qué proyectos desarrollamos?**:
El área de Customer Experience desarrolla la estrategia para mejorar la experiência del cliente. Es responsable de diseñar la metodología de medición de la experiência del cliente, analizar sus resultados y extraer insights, identificar y priorizar iniciativas de mejora de experiência de cliente y ejecutarlas.
Trabajarás consolidando diferentes fuentes de información, implementando el modelo de medición experiência cliente (benchmarks, encuestas, focus group, mistery shoping), creando dashboards o apoyando en la ejecución de las distintas iniciativas.
Incorporándote en el área de Customer Experience podrás participar en distintos proyectos que te permitirán desarrollar tus conocimientos y habilidades desde el primer día estando acompañado por un equipo de profesionales altamente cualificados que te ayudarán a seguir creciendo.
**Requerimientos mínimos**:
- Titulación superior en Ingenierías Superiores, ADE, Economía, Matemáticas, Estadística o similar
- Valorable experiência previa como data analyst (incl. prácticas)
- Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de datos y software con gran volumen de datos (SAS, SQL, PL/SQL, R, Python u otras herramientas de visualización)
- Conocimientos avanzados de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Nível C1 de inglés.
