We are looking for a Head of Growth to drive and consolidate our business growth.
Reporting directly to our CEO, this role will integrate Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Team Management skills.
The Head of Growth will be responsible for ensuring the successful attainment of our sales growth and commercial development in Spain.
Responsibilities Develop and lead the Sales Growth strategy for Omega CRM.
Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy and foster growth in local market service lines, aligning with the annual business plan objectives.
Lead, train, motivate, and advise the Sales team involved in Growth.
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
Coordinate sales efforts to ensure increased synergies across Merkle & Dentsu service lines with the aim of driving cross-/up-sell.
Collaborate with the EMEA Growth Officer and Salesforce Practice Members to drive successful conversion of new business opportunities in EMEA.
Manage assigned clients in Spain, growing long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
Report to management on the evolution of sales objectives and customer satisfaction.
Advocate for a work environment that embraces diversity and inclusivity.
Required Experience Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce business development and significant experience in strategic sales management.
Strong business sense and industry expertise, with a well-developed Salesforce network in the Spain ecosystem.
Proven track record in achieving Sales objectives for large organizations.
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Skills Analytical Thinking and data-driven mentality.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
