Inside Sales Estamos buscando cubrir una posición como Virtual Sales Representative (Inside Sales) TBR y AG para Bridgestone SWR. Principalmente esta posición realizará una gestión híbrida de la cartera de clientes TBR y AG (Truck y Agricola). Esta posición estará ubicada en nuestra oficina de Madrid.  Cartera de clientes de distribución (gestión del back): Tramitación de pedidos, Gestión de entregas/slots (fechas de entrega), Seguimiento del back order, Relación directa con la logística del cliente, Informe diario de seguimiento Forecast Vs. Ventas, Visita a clientes periódicamente junto al Gerente de ventas de las cuentas. Cartera de más de 100 clientes/talleres minoristas (gestión front): Llamadas prospección de ventas para conseguir el objetivo pautado por mes, Gestión integral del cliente (altas, tramitación incidencias, promoción de producto, gestión de precio, información producto y nuevos productos) Licenciatura / Administrativo o superior. Al menos 2 años de experiencia en departamentos de Telemarketing / logística / ventas realizando Venta Activa a través de llamadas Outbound. Experiencia valorable en producto TBR (truck) y nociones de producto agrícola. Conocimiento en SAP, excel, teleconferencia, equipos, CRM, inteligencia de mercado. Nivel alto en inglés (B2-C1).  Visión para los negocios y las ventas / Enfoque de ventas telefónicas / Enfoque proactivo de los problemas Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva, tanto por escrito como durante las interacciones Habilidades de negociación / Cierre de la venta / Negociación de slots Trabajo en equipo y habilidades multifuncionales con departamentos internos Actitud proactiva para conseguir acuerdos con clientes y fuerza de ventas Autonomía y toma de decisiones en su ámbito de responsabilidad Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y con objetivos desafiantes.
