**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (TRANSPORTE INTERNACIONAL)**

Buscamos un/a Business Development Manager de Transporte Internacional, altamente motivado/a y comprometido/a para desempeñar un papel clave en nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada se encargará de desarrollar y ampliar la cartera de clientes dentro de su ámbito de actuación, siguiendo los parámetros establecidos por la Compañía. Algunas de las responsabilidades incluyen:

- Análisis del mercado de la logística/transporte/paletería/industrial según posición y competencia de su territorio asignado para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
- Planificar y realizar visitas comerciales a los clientes de su área asignada.
- Preparar las ofertas con claro aporte de valor a los clientes y diferenciación sobre la competencia.
- Realizar el seguimiento de clientes para controlar el cumplimiento de los compromisos con este y el desarrollo de la cuenta desde el punto de vista de ventas y rentabilidad.
- Realizar los análisis de las visitas, reportes mensuales, y KPIs.
- Realizar su actividad profesional siguiendo los valores definidos en el Código de Conducta.
- Coordinarse con el resto de Áreas del Grupo, así como implementar en su área las políticas establecidas para toda la Compañía por los departamentos staff y en especial los procedimientos establecidos en el sistema de gestión de calidad, prevención, medioambiente, seguridad alimentaria, seguridad de la información y seguridad física que puedan afectar a su departamento/delegación.
- Proponer y ayudar a implementar la mejora continua como filosofía de trabajo.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios mínimos de Formación Profesional.
- Valorable formación en ramas de logística, transporte, industrial, marketing o comercio.
- Al menos 4 años de experiência previa en el desarrollo de negocio de transporte de carga completa y grupaje internacional. Imprescindible conocimiento de tráfico internacional, especialmente hacia Francia, pero también hacia Portugal, Italia, etc.
- Buenas habilidades comunicativas, conocimiento de técnicas de venta y buena capacidad de influencia y negociación.
- Muy valorable nível de inglés alto.
