This is a strategic role responsible for both strategy and optimizing sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfaction BRIDGE IN is not your average company and we are not selling a basic low-value product, you'll be selling and helping the team sell complex products and services to senior executives often in other countries. Thus, the ability to be on top of your game and create trust remotely is paramount.We also have a high seniority hands-on approach. So you should expect to be in the frontline doing calls, making proposals, and ensuring results. This role is not well suited for a first-time Sales Manager. We love ambitious people, but you should have experience managing a Customer Acquisition operation. Responsibilities Work with the leadership team to review and continuously improve go-to-market strategy Design and execute sales campaigns beyond basic approaches Generate leads and outreach to prospective customers Ensure an efficient lead qualification process based on Ideal Customer Profile fit and Buyer Intent Guarantee the delivery of a personalized consultative approach to business development at scale Help define and implement OKRs across the Sales department Ensure a consistent approach to identify prospect pains and map them to the value proposition Train and coach Sales Representatives to maximum productivity Optimizing existing sales processes and policies Maintaining data quality and consistency in sales systems and in collaboration with marketing Analyzing sales data to support decision-making and measure impact Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas Manage and update our Hubspot CRM and other reporting systems Define and optimize processes to prepare for the company's further scaling Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years managing Sales Representatives Located in Europe, ideally in Iberia, or looking to relocate Experience selling SaaS Products Knowledge about venture capital and tech startups Both remote selling and field sales experience are highly recommended Experience negotiating with multiple stakeholders in the sales process Ability to communicate and network effectively with C-suite executives Outstanding English oral and written communication skills Acute ability to understand and relate to people's needs and wants Strong phone and video presence Hands-on experience with sales tech stack management, particularly Hubspot and Apollo or similar Solid listening and presentation skills Be deliberate, thorough, and rigorous when executing assignments Proficient with corporate productivity tools, including web conferencing, online corporate wikis, email, and presentation tools Ability to self-manage by prioritizing tasks, manage time effectively, and achieve goals A can-do attitude and a team-first player.
