Job Summary:

Expedia Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business discussions with white label affiliate partners, from high-level business discussions to operational delivery and beyond. You will work closely with our Business Development and Partner Connect organization.

About the Role:

  • Lead a portfolio of affiliates (around 25-30 partners) in the EMEA regions
  • Own and lead the sales process to enhance existing partnerships and build strong long-term strategic commercial relationships
  • Diagnose partner business needs and develop value-based selling skills to translate benefits into the partner's business language
  • Renegotiate and renew contracts with partners to develop mutually beneficial deals
  • Identify standard methodologies and share findings with affiliate partners

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in account management or sales
  • Proficiency in English, any other European language is a plus
  • Experience in account management/client servicing in a B2B environment
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or travel industry a plus
  • Validated record of achievement on sales performance
  • Available for up to 10% travel per year
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good sense of intuition for business to influence internal and external decision makers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
