Job Title: Account Manager, Global Inside Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Importante empresa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of affiliates in the EMEA region, driving sales growth, and building strong strategic commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Portfolio Management: Lead a portfolio of 25-30 affiliates in the EMEA region, developing and executing strategies to enhance existing partnerships and drive sales growth.
  2. Sales Process Ownership: Own and lead the sales process to up-sell products and services, optimize sales, and build long-term strategic commercial relationships with partners.
  3. Business Acumen: Demonstrate a deep understanding of partner business needs, navigating board-level management and political pressures to achieve positive outcomes.
  4. Value-Based Selling: Utilize strong value-based selling skills to translate benefits into partner business language, handle objections, and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
  5. Contract Renewal: Renegotiate and renew contracts with partners to develop mutually beneficial agreements.
  6. Methodology Sharing: Identify standard methodologies and proactively share findings with affiliate partners.

Requirements:

  1. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and one language between Russian or German.
  2. Work Environment: Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment.
  3. Experience: 3-5 years of related validated experience in Account Management/client servicing in a B2B environment.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Experience in e-commerce and/or travel industry a plus.
  5. Performance Metrics: Validated record of achievement on sales performance.
  6. Travel: Available for up to 10% travel per year.
  7. Communication Skills: Excellent oral/written communication skills.
  8. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  9. Business Acumen: Good sense of intuition for business to influence internal and external decision-makers.
  10. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
