Desde Grupo Binternational nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona que ocupe la posición de Sales Director para uno de nuestros clientes. Dedicados a la fabricación y distribución de productos farmacéuticos. Actualmente se encuentran en pleno crecimiento y expansión dentro del mercado español. Para ello están buscando una figura estratégica que los ayude a desempeñar las siguientes funciones:- Diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial y de marketing de la compañía y llevar a cabo dichas operaciones a nível nacional.- Gestión de equipos.- Desarrollar y alcanzar todo el potencial de la marca.- Responsable de la cuenta de resultados.- Elaboración y seguimiento del presupuesto y las previsiones de la empresa.- Negociación directa con las cuentas claveNuestro perfil ideal deberá contar con:- Buen conocimiento del mercado farmacéutico Español- Acostumbrado a tomar decisiones basadas en datos- Experiência abriendo y desarrollandonuevos canales de venta- Tener la capacidad de concebir y desarrollar iniciativas desde su origen, generando soluciones innovadoras y estratégicas.- Ser una persona proactiva.- Al menos 5 años de experiência en roles similaresSerá muy valorable que nuestro perfil cuente con:- Buen conocimiento y experiência colaborando con Marketing, escalando y construyendo una marca.- Nível de inglés alto.Pero, ¿Qué te ofrecerán?- Salario competitivo.- Beneficios y bonus sujeto a desempeño.- Gran proyección de crecimiento y desarrollo profesionalSi tienes una verdadera pasión por las ventas y te entusiasma el sector farmacéutico, y además eres una persona emprendedora y ambiciosa con deseo de crecer, esta es la oportunidad perfecta para ti
