Business Development Manager, AGS EMEA HQ Demand Generation - Barcelona, CataloniaBusiness Development Manager, AGS EMEA HQ Demand Generation. AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services. The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Demand Generation team (DG) in Central is growing, and we are looking for talented people to join the EMEA DG leadership team. AWS provides companies of all sizes with an infrastructure platform in the cloud, and the DG team is tasked with helping prospect companies make the move to AWS. If you are passionate about cloud technologies, developing people, and building sales strategies, this role could be the right fit for your next career move.Responsibilities:Lead a team of Demand Generation Managers and ICs (DGRs) in prospecting for new business and acquiring new customers.Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value.Represent the EMEA DG org in area-specific forums and align on business priorities as part of the Central Leadership Team.Mentor and develop sales professionals, monitor team performance, create scaling mechanisms, build trust with stakeholders, and deliver the DG organization vision and strategy.Plan, execute, and report on team development and strategy alignment.Contribute towards EMEA DG targets by overseeing the creation and development of the team's efforts.Analyze the pipeline for the area, develop recommendations based on insights gained, and influence beyond direct reporting line.Ensure alignment with sales priorities, focus the team on high productivity activities and pockets of opportunity, and scale capacity across all regions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
