Il ruolo sarà basato a Milano.Nella nostra agenzia di reclutamento e formazione lavoriamo con diverse aziende dei settori Luxury, Premium e High Premium in tutta Europa, dove abbiamo uffici in località strategiche come Barcellona, Madrid, Parigi, Milano, Amsterdam, Lisbona e Munich.RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALI DEL/LA LOGISTICS COORDINATOR:Organizzazione e gestione delle spedizioniPreparazione e stampa documentazioni come bolle di accompagnamento, DDT, packing list, lettera di vetturaInserimento a gestionale degli ordini clienteRapporti e gestione spedizioni da/a fornitoriData entry e gestione archivio cartaceo export / importInventario materiali in magazzinoMonitorare e sbloccare le spedizioni in export / importMonitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle spedizioniComunicazione ed interfaccia con le compagnie aeree e di trasporto su strada per garantire ritiro e consegna rapida delle spedizioniSupporto all' E-commerce tramite utilizzo del gestionale interno (creazione documenti di trasporto, creazione fatture, ecc.)REQUISITI DELLA LOGISTICS COORDINATOR:Precedente esperienza nella mansione di almeno 3 anni nel settore logistica/spedizioniBuona conoscenza del pacchetto office (in particolare Excel)Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglesePreferibile conoscenza delle piattaforme e-commerce (shopify, wix, bigcommerce)Precisione, flessibilità, ottime competenze analitiche e comunicativeCosa offre l'azienda:Contratto a tempo indeterminato con inquadramento commisurato all'esperienza€200 buoni pasto mensiliOrario di lavoro: Lunedi / Venerdi 9:00 - 18:00Se il tuo profilo incontra i requisiti richiesti, non esitare ad inviarci il tuo CV aggiornatoIn Luxe Talent vogliamo aiutarti a raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi, per questo ti offriamo le opportunità di lavoro più interessanti nel mercato della moda, del retail, del lusso, del food & beverage, del settore alberghiero e del FMCG.#J-18808-Ljbffr
