Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Oil And Gas Job Search Ltd. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and solving logistical tasks for our Sales Business Units, Construction Tools Hubs, Global Procurement, and Technology & Service Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage customer orders from individual Sales Business Unit projects or service units.
  • Coordinate transportation between Construction Tools Hubs and worldwide allocated customers.
  • Control stock availability and provide solutions to avoid project stops.
  • Coordinate and maintain contact with suppliers.
  • Provide logistic and technical support to construction sites and service operations.
  • Provide logistic and technical support to the regional Construction Tools warehouses.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or similar.
  • Around 3 years of experience in a leading role within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain activities.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in following software: SAP (PE01) or equivalent ERP software, SAP Document Management System, Engineering Change Management, and Microsoft Office.
