Job Description Summary

In this key role within the Radioligant Therapy area, as Logistics Coordinator EMEA, you will ensure efficient and timely coordination of logistics operations specific to the EMEA region. This includes monitoring deliveries, updating databases, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining effective communication with the logistics team and courier partners in the region.

Major Accountabilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact with logistics partners and internal customer support teams for escalations related to courier performance and customer complaints.
  • Handle and escalate performance issues with couriers, including quality assurance and corrective action requests.
  • Manage customer complaints related to logistics and ensure timely follow-up to address and resolve issues.
  • Conduct risk assessments for upcoming deliveries to identify and mitigate potential risks that may affect delivery schedules.
Requirements:
  • Formal education or previous experience in Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning, or similar fields.
  • First experience as a team lead, coordinator, or manager.
  • English proficiency plus local language knowledge.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data management in a global environment.
