Job Summary

In this exciting role as Logistic Coordinator EMEA, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics within the EMEA region. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating logistics operations, monitoring deliveries, updating databases, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining effective communication with the logistics team and courier partners in the region.

About the Role

As a Logistic Coordinator EMEA, you will be accountable for handling and escalating performance issues with couriers, including quality assurance (QA) corrective and preventive action (CAPA) requests. You will also be responsible for managing logistics-related projects, including coordinating and monitoring project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics operations within the EMEA region
  • Monitor deliveries and update databases
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Maintain effective communication with the logistics team and courier partners
  • Handle and escalate performance issues with couriers
  • Manage logistics-related projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have formal education or previous experience in the fields of Science, Industrial Engineering, Planning or similar. You will also need to have first experience as a team lead, coordinator or manager, and English proficiency plus local language knowledge.
