Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Trouw Nutrition. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse and logistics activities to ensure the efficient and effective management of our logistical providers and internal employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials and equipment.
  • Order Handling: Receive and process customer orders, select and pack materials, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Transportation Planning: Coordinate transportation schedules, prepare dispatch papers, and ensure goods are transport-ready.
  • Systems and Administration: Execute administrative tasks, including registration of hours, logistics administration, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer relationships and ensure all customer requests are handled appropriately.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate logistics processes and systems to identify areas for optimization.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
