On top of it the adoption of innovative new services (automated technological solutions) by our client base and new prospects is a key priority.Responsibilities:Act as key partner of the Regional Managing Director in the achievement of the Company's Mid Term Plan target, strategy and policy.Definition and implementation of the Commercial Products Marketing Strategy through the 4P's Marketing drivers for the different customer groups and channels.Strategy deployment successfully in coordination with multidisciplinary teams working with fast changing business environment and product lines affecting the business.Sales channel and Network Management through own and private retail stakeholders to support both strategic and tactical business.People management: including talent development, coaching, as well as teambuilding and motivation
