Te ofrecemos crecer con nosotros en nuestra unidad tecnológica Clod & Devops como Service Delivery Manager en una posición estable y de larga duración para entidad bancaria ubicada en Madrid ¿Qué necesitamos?.Perfil que conozca el mundo de la Producción y la Infraestructura para realizar la labor de focal point con los dominios y proyectos para estos temas..Experiência en ejercer de enlace entre los Product Teams de los dominios y los equipos de Producción e Infraestructura. - Será responsable del seguimiento, priorización y escalado de las peticiones de infraestructura. - Debe solicitar todas las peticiones de nueva infraestructura y las ampliaciones que necesiten los Product Team. - Debe ser capaz de enfocar las peticiones conforme a los estándares del grupo y revisar que estén acordes con las directrices de los equipos de Producción (renovación tecnológica, obsolescencia, ciberseguridad, migración a cloud,...) - Debe dar soporte a los equipos técnicos de los dominios en las interacciones con los equipos de Producción e Infraestructura. - Debe revisar el presupuesto asociado a las peticiones de infraestructura y aplicar las políticas de eficiencia de costes requeridas por el Banco. - Debe revisar los SLAs asociados a las peticiones de infraestructura y aportar puntos de mejora. Deseable: que haya trabajado en el mundo SCIB en tareas similares.
