Missions principales En tant que Head of Sales Gestion Locative, et rattaché à Théo, notre Chief Sales Officer, voici tes responsabilités : Stratégie de vente Définir et piloter la stratégie commerciale pour atteindre des objectifs de croissance ambitieux.
Management leadership Encadrer, coacher et motiver une équipe d'environ 10 commerciaux pour maximiser leur potentiel et leurs performances.
Analyse optimisation Suivre les performances de vente, identifier les axes d'amélioration et mettre en place des stratégies pour booster la productivité.
Relations clients partenaires Renforcer la notoriété et la portée de Manda grâce à des relations solides avec nos clients et partenaires.
Veille concurrentielle Anticiper les tendances du marché et garder une longueur d'avance.
Recrutement développement Identifier et recruter de futurs talents, puis les transformer en "top performers".
Gestion de projets Collaborer avec d'autres départements (Opérations, Finance, Tech) pour améliorer nos équipes, nos processus et nos résultats.
Réflexion stratégique Contribuer aux décisions stratégiques pour favoriser la croissance organique ou via des projets externes (MA).
Profil recherché Expérience : 5+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
Une expérience dans l'immobilier est un plus, mais pas obligatoire.
Leadership : Véritable leader, tu sais motiver et guider ton équipe vers le succès.
Relationnel : Sens aigu du service client et capacité à bâtir des relations de confiance.
Analyse stratégie : À l'aise avec les données, tu sais interpréter les chiffres et adapter tes stratégies en conséquence.
Mindset : Pragmatique, autonome et adaptable, dans un environnement startup en croissance rapide.
