The Head of Sales plays an integral part within the senior management team and holds joint responsibility for creating the Corporate Sales Strategy of the team in Oman.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Compiling sales progress reports on a periodic basis and proactively addressing shortfalls on targets due to be achieved.
  • Facilitating and participating in marketing events and attending sales meetings.
  • Developing a close relationship with the end retailers to ensure support from them on the brands.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Experience:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership position. Strong understanding in Sales within Telecoms, Power, Oil & Gas, etc.
