.Your mission We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent strategic thinking skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving ambitious sales targets.Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.Identify market opportunities and create plans to exploit them.Set sales targets, KPIs, and objectives for the sales team.Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to build a high-performing team.Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.Manage key accounts and oversee the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.Sales Operations Oversee daily operations of the sales department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts.Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to make informed decisions.Collaboration Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies.Communicate sales performance and insights to senior management and stakeholders.Work with the finance team to develop pricing strategies and contract terms.Your profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related fieldMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.Proficient in CRM softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Why us?
