Nous recrutons un Customer Success Manager pour accompagner la croissance de notre entité française.
Votre mission
Construire une relation de confiance et de partenariat avec nos clients pour maximiser l'impact de l'offre goFLUENT au sein de leur entreprise.
Comprendre les objectifs Learning / RH de chaque client afin d'assurer un déploiement adapté de notre offre.
Accompagner les nouveaux clients au travers de leur formation et d'une configuration sur-mesure du dispositif goFLUENT.
Assurer l'engagement et la satisfaction client en offrant une analyse régulière de la performance du dispositif.
Être un vrai levier de croissance en identifiant les opportunités d'upsell.
Recueillir des feedbacks et analyser l'expérience utilisateur pour proposer des pistes d'amélioration et contribuer au développement de notre solution digitale.
Profil recherché
À l'aise dans la gestion de projets.
Bonne capacité d'analyse.
Orienté(e) résultats et qualité.
Très bonnes capacités de communication, et d'expression écrite et orale en français.
Organisé(e) et polyvalent(e), les projets étant très variés.
Goût du travail d'équipe et envie de partager vos connaissances dans un contexte d'exigence et de respect de nos valeurs.
Curieux(se) et dynamique.
Aime travailler dans un environnement international et multiculturel.
Une expérience dans le domaine digital et/ou des solutions SaaS et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais seraient de véritables plus.
