JOB DESCRIPTION Explain and guide the sellers through their onboarding process to our internal platforms on the French Brandsplace and resolve and assist them through technical problems.TASKS Explain and guide the seller through their onboarding process to our internal platforms / BO: integration of the catalog in our tools, trainings on back offices etc.Find solutions adapted to the seller's profile on a technical point of view.Follow up and communicate on the progression of the onboarding with the Veepee sales team.Resolve and assist sellers through technical problems.Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part in order to add new products to our permanent offer / catalogs.Help and assist the seller with regards to the technical part during the preparation of connected flash and campaigns.Closely follow the updates from our technical partners.Write and update documentations shareable internally and with the sellers and improve proactively our processes.MUST HAVE skills Experience on technical support.Able to identify and analyse technical issues.Experience on marketplace.Good communication, logic and organisation skills.Rigorous and proactive profile.Fluent in French and English.NICE TO HAVE skills You have initial experience in a level 1 technical support role and/or in customer relations.Good knowledge of the world of e-commerce and/or marketplaces is recommended.You have excellent organizational skills and know how to prioritize tasks.You also have excellent relationships with both internal and external customers with good cross-functionality.Able to identify and analyze technical problems, you are guided towards results and are in a process of continuous improvement.You have a good ability to train others on IT tools using language adapted to each interlocutor.Fluency in English and Spanish required.BENEFITS Variable bonusProfit-sharing and incentive planFlexible Office with up to 2 days at homeOnline language learning PlatformWorks Council and its many benefitsAccess to a company restaurant and canteen connectedRECRUITMENT PROCESS 1 HR interview2 HR/Manager interviewAll our positions are open to people with health conditions or impairments.
