Job Description: As a Product Sales Support Specialist, you'll be part of an international team supporting sales directors and serving as a key connection point between operations, billing, accounting, legal, and other internal departments for daily administrative and operational processes. Your role will be diverse and challenging, with a broad selection of tech products and services to work with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the commercial team on all stages of the sales funnel, focusing on admin tasks in our CRM system.
- Support the team in the workflow of contract preparation, legal approval, and signature process.
- Work closely with our billing team by curating the billing process for active clients.
- Use multiple internal tools (Salesforce, QlickSense, Confluence, JIRA, MS Suite) in your day-to-day tasks.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and a strive for accuracy.
- A well-organized and structured approach to tasks.
