Director of Digital Transformation and Relationship ManagementThe Director of Digital Transformation and Relationship Management (TRM) leads the relationship with the Amadeus Business and Functional Units and owns its Digitalization and Automation portfolio in Digital & Transformation Services (DTS). S/he establishes vision, strategy, tactics, and capabilities for digital transformation, working as a catalyst to execute the digitalization strategy through the implementation of transformational initiatives with high impact across business units, functions, and regions.Key responsibilities:Strategy definition and Digitalization & Automation pipeline arbitrationOrchestrate Digitalization Governance to align investments, funding, and initiatives to business strategy and priorities and to DTS technology roadmap.Based on objectives/strategies agreed with business partners, build the Digitalization portfolio, define, implement, and manage business and DTS roles leveraging Lean Portfolio Management, integrate technology needs and requirements in alignment with business strategic directions, cascade down the commonly agreed portfolio within the relevant organizations.Create compelling business cases that clearly state business impact/value and process changes from system deployments.Be accountable for opportunity assessments, secure the approval, capacity, and budget required to start pre-project, drive Project Preparation Plan (PPP) and produce required deliverables according to the existing framework, ensure appropriate alignment of new initiatives to business strategic themes following Lean Portfolio Management methodology.Propose, evangelize, collect, and qualify new DTS collaboration opportunities with business partners & drive the adjustment of DTS Portfolio based on agreed priorities.The ideal candidate:Over 15 years in corporate-wide Business Transformation, in Amadeus or other industries/companies.Strong track record in digitalization evolving Business/Functional Units operating model (process, people, data, systems) on a global scale, and leveraging technology as an enabler of transformation.Experience in implementing and/or transforming Marketing, Commercial, Delivery, and Back-office (Finance, Human Resources...) processes and systems.Strong industry and/or business acumen incl. process, data, and technical points of view.Strategy consulting background, P&L, or Marketing/Commercial responsibilities is a plus.Significant work experience in highly decentralized organizations with strong business units.Strong experience in business case elaboration and value realization.Ability to anticipate risks and propose mitigation actions consolidating all points of view among stakeholders.Experience leading international teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
