.Director of Digital Transformation and Relationship Management Job Title: Director of Digital Transformation and Relationship ManagementSummary:The Director of Digital Transformation and Relationship Management (TRM) leads the relationship with the Amadeus Business and Functional Units and owns its Digitalization and Automation portfolio in Digital & Transformation Services (DTS). S/he establishes vision, strategy, tactics, and capabilities for digital transformation, working as a catalyst to execute the digitalization strategy through implementation of transformational initiatives with high impact across business units, functions, and regions.He/she will develop and maintain a trusted partnership with Business Leaders and Business Owners to identify, shape, and deliver transformation initiatives, to build their Digitalization roadmap in alignment with business strategy in sync with the Amadeus (and DTS) Technology vision and to execute as per that roadmap. S/he will be the trusted advisor for digitalization, working out the strategy, approach, design, delivery, and value realization.Key Responsibilities:Strategy definition and Digitalization & Automation pipeline arbitration: Orchestrate Digitalization Governance to align investments, funding, and initiatives to business strategy and priorities and to DTS technology roadmap. Identify, formulate, and design the necessary transformation initiatives .Build the Digitalization portfolio, define, implement, and manage business and DTS roles leveraging Lean Portfolio Management.Create compelling business cases that clearly state business impact/value and process changes from system deployments.Be accountable for opportunity assessments, secure the approval, capacity, and budget required to start pre-project.Propose, evangelize, collect, and qualify new DTS collaboration opportunities with business partners.Execution/Transformation Management: Define the implementation strategy and lead the execution & governance of digitalization projects.Focus on business outcomes, define concrete goals, and link metrics to strategic goals.Assure the digitalization initiatives of the portfolio are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget.Be the conductor of the stakeholders involved in the execution of the digitalization initiatives.Propose and implement improvements and better ways of working across DTS and with business partners.Account Management/Business Relationship: Act as the Digital & Transformation Services (DTS) main point of contact for Business and Functional Units stakeholders.Identify key stakeholders and define a relationship plan.Own strategic relationships for each business stakeholder.Value realization / Success Management: Ensure exit criteria are met for program/project closure .In partnership with business partners, establish governance to measure process adherence and overall adoption .Drive lessons learnt from each project to feed best practices
