**Job Title:** Digital Transformation Director and Relationship Management Leader

**Summary:** The Digital Transformation Director and Relationship Management Leader leads the relationship with the Amadeus Business and Functional Units and owns its Digitalization and Automation portfolio in Digital & Transformation Services (DTS). S/he establishes vision, strategy, tactics, and capabilities for digital transformation, working as a catalyst to execute the digitalization strategy through implementation of transformational initiatives with high impact across business units, functions, and regions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Strategy Definition and Digitalization & Automation Pipeline Arbitration:** Develop and maintain a trusted partnership with Business Leaders and Business Owners to identify, shape, and deliver transformation initiatives, to build their Digitalization roadmap in alignment with business strategy in sync with the Amadeus (and DTS) Technology vision and to execute as per that roadmap.
  • **Execution/Transformation Management:** Execute transformation initiatives with high impact across business units, functions, and regions.
  • **Account Management/Business Relationship:** Develop and maintain a trusted partnership with Business Leaders and Business Owners.
  • **Value Realization / Success Management:** Ensure value realization and success management of transformation initiatives.
  • **People Management and Leadership Influence:** Lead international teams and influence business leaders.
  • **Strategic Capabilities and Transversal Services:** Develop and maintain strategic capabilities and transversal services.

**The Ideal Candidate:**

  • Over 15 years of experience in corporate-wide Business Transformation, in Amadeus or other industries/companies.
  • Strong track record in digitalization evolving Business / Functional Units operating model (process, people, data, systems) on a global scale, and leveraging technology as an enabler of transformation.
  • Experience in implementing and/or transforming Marketing, Commercial, Delivery, and Back-office (Finance, Human Resources...) processes and systems.
  • Strong industry and/or business acumen incl. process, data, and technical points of view.
  • Strategy consulting background, P&L; or Marketing/Commercial responsibilities is a plus.
  • Significant work experience in highly decentralized organizations with strong business units.
  • Strong experience in business case elaboration and value realization.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and propose mitigation actions consolidating all points of view among stakeholders.
  • Experience leading international teams.
