Misión del Rol

Gestionar estratégicamente el proceso de admisión para captar a estudiantes talentosos y comprometidos, asegurando que cada candidato contribuya positivamente al dinámico y transformador ambiente educativo de Learning Heroes.

Funciones principales del puesto

Gestión de Equipo: Liderar y supervisar al equipo de admisiones, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y estándares de calidad.

Análisis de Datos y Reportes: Analizar métricas de admisión y preparar informes para la dirección.

Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajar estrechamente con los departamentos de marketing, finanzas y académico para alinear estrategias y objetivos.

Desarrollo de Programa de Incentivos: Gestionar programas de incentivos para el equipo de admisiones.

Liderar el Reclutamiento de los Responsables de ventas: Asegurar la disponibilidad de los comerciales para cada lanzamiento y mantener una base de candidatos actualizada.

Gestión de Turnos y Horarios: Organizar y supervisar los turnos de trabajo del equipo para asegurar una cobertura adecuada y eficiente.

Requisitos

Formación: Se valora muy positivamente formación en Ventas.

Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia liderando equipos comerciales o de admisiones.

Habilidades de Liderazgo: Capacidad demostrable para liderar y motivar equipos.

Conocimientos Técnicos: Dominio de Hubspot para gestión de leads y análisis de datos.

Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

Orientación al Cliente: Orientación al servicio y apoyo al estudiante.

Pensamiento Estratégico: Capacidad para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de admisión efectivas.

Innovación: Habilidad para identificar y aplicar mejoras en los procesos.

Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente y adaptarse a cambios rápidos.

Cumplimiento Normativo: Ser un modelo de los valores de Learning Heroes.

Resolución de Problemas: Habilidad para resolver problemas de manera eficaz.

Idiomas: Español a nivel nativo o fluido y "nice to have" manejo de Inglés.
