Job Description: At Blu Selection, we're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our Customer Service Department, you'll play a vital role in supporting our B2B clients in the fintech sector.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support to B2B customers via email, chat, and phone.
Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the Customer Experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, innovating and managing change to drive business success.
Handle payment inquiries and customer queries across various platforms.
Contribute to Trustpilot reviews and enhance overall company NPS through outstanding service.
Flag and escalate customer queries, developing effective solutions.
Optimize business processes to enhance the customer journey and satisfaction.
Requirements: Native-level proficiency in Dutch and C1 level in English.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Interest in working with an ambitious team.
