.Desde Robert Walters estamos buscando un Customer Experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead) para importante empresa de "Open Mobility" en MadridEl Líder de Salesforce Marketing Cloud de la empresa se unirá a la unidad de negocio del Hub Digital dentro del Equipo de Estrategia y Transformación.Estamos buscando un Especialista Senior en Salesforce Marketing Cloud altamente capacitado y experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo global. En este rol, serás responsable de proporcionar soporte estratégico y orientación en la implementación y optimización de Salesforce Marketing Cloud en varios países.Reportando directamente al Jefe Global de Digital HUB, tu enfoque principal será impulsar el crecimiento del negocio, analizar métricas de rendimiento y brindar soporte para garantizar el éxito de las campañas de marketing impulsadas por una alta tasa de conversión.Responsabilidades principales:Liderar la implementación y configuración de soluciones de Salesforce Marketing Cloud para apoyar las iniciativas de marketing en más de 19 países.Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para impulsar el crecimiento del negocio y maximizar el ROI a través de campañas de marketing dirigidas.Realizar análisis profundos del rendimiento de las campañas, la participación del cliente y las tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento.Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar la alineación y consistencia en los esfuerzos de marketing en las regiones.Proporcionar soporte técnico y capacitación a los equipos locales para mejorar su comprensión y utilización de las capacidades de Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Definir, construir y desplegar campañas y recorridos y automatizaciones de ciclo de vida del cliente multicanal en Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Content Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Interaction Studio, Advertising Studio, etc.)Desarrollar planes de prueba, realizar pruebas, informar los aprendizajes y aplicar los aprendizajes a mejoras y optimizaciones continuas.Experiencia profesional:Licenciatura en Marketing, Negocios o campo relacionado.Se requiere certificación de Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en implementación y optimización de Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Historial comprobado de impulsar el crecimiento y éxito del negocio a través de campañas de marketing.Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para interpretar datos y tomar decisiones informadas.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración para trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno de equipo global.Conocimiento de lenguajes de programación: HTML, AMP Script y consultas SQL.Fluidez en inglés y español es requerida. Otros idiomas son apreciados.Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido
