Hacer los seguros más accesibles..SOBRE EL PUESTOMISIÓNDar servicio a nuestros partner y asegurados, informando y asesorando de forma personalizada y detectando acciones de mejora donde sea necesario modificar los procesos de gestión post-venta, en base a la calidad percibida por los clientes.RESPONSABILIDADES1. Cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio del área de Atención al Cliente.2. Disminución de riesgos operativos3. Responsabilizarse de la adecuada custodia y confidencialidad de toda la documentación de los asegurados manejando la información de cada uno de los asegurados, especialmente aquella que se refiera a salud, en la más estricta confidencialidad.4. Analizar resultados de servicio, identificar desviaciones y proponer medidas de mejora.5. Perseguir la mejora sistemática de la calidad, la productividad y eficiencia6. Seguimiento resultados encuestas y propuesta de acciones que mejoren la experiencia del cliente7. Ampliar la visibilidad de las operaciones sobre las consultas/peticiones de los clientes.8. Buscar la orientación al cliente final y a los partners e intentar encontrar la solución mas satisfactoria tanto para Cardif como para el cliente/partner9
