Job Summary: Rakuten is seeking a creative and driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team, focusing on launching a new enterprise software product.

The role involves generating leads and engaging with CISOs and CIOs of organizations with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion.

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative strategies to generate leads and engage potential clients at the enterprise level.

Craft personalized outreach campaigns targeting CISO/CIOs, emphasizing the unique benefits of our software solutions.

Manage a mix of communication strategies, with a focus on creative messaging over phone calls.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and goals.

Track and analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize outreach efforts.

Requirements: 3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in B2 B or enterprise software sales.

C1 English Level.

Proven ability to creatively engage with senior-level executives in large-scale organizations.

Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
