Sales Force Effectiveness Program Manager

The focus of Sales Enablement is to ensure that the sales organization has effective customer engagements by providing commercial and technical competency programs; developing commercial messaging and sales communications; and coordinating onboarding and continuous enablement activities. Sales Enablement is leading the transformation of the RA salesforce to customer-focused, outcome-based selling, in alignment with the company's sales strategy.
- The Sales Force Effectiveness Program Manager is responsible for integrating the components within Sales Enablement to ensure that they are in alignment with the overall needs to achieve business goals, and to provide a cohesive structure our sellers can leverage. The Sales Force Effectiveness Program Manager is also coordinating the execution and organization of trainings, masterclasses, webinars, Teams, Seismic working with BUs and EMEA Teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Successfully manage multiple projects, contacts, and conversations at any one time. Motivate cross-functional and cross-regional team members to provide input and content to meet agreed deadlines.

Evaluate and assure functional readiness and applicability of program components prior to launch

Coordinate and execute the Sales Enablement activities: invitations, meetings/summits/webinars organization both onsite and virtual (Zoom, Teams and other tools)

Track and Manage the Reports of all the trainings, summits, RAU and tools (SEISMIC) adoption and measure effectiveness

Provide trainings and on-demand support for Seismic across the EMEA regions

Manage and keep updated all the Sales Roles and Affinity Teams lists in order to target the right people for the right activities

Coordinate the EMEA Regional content in Seismic and support the different BUs (Marketing and Product managers) to create the Seismic regional articles and repositories

Identify, develop, and implement communication plans to analyze, produce, and submit relevant news, articles, and other information for sales consumption and action. Align with the Sales Communication Manager to keep the communication tools updated with all the activities and calendars. Review plans regularly for continuous improvement.

Meet with stakeholders regarding issues and facilitate decision-making to address these issues.

Support and work with the Global SE Team and all the project managers to help the EMEA Team in rolling out the programs in the EMEA Regions.

Support the Global Sales Effectiveness Program Manager for methodologies to assess Sales Force strengths, analyze risks, and identify areas for improvement.

Ability to work with the larger organization, including sales, business units, industry teams and marketing to create alignment around a continuous change management.

Support DCRM evolution, adoption, and execution.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to sell ideas and present strategies at an executive level.

Understand and be able to articulate the role of sales enablement in modern sales organizations

Proven experience in program management.

Detailed understanding of the impact of change, the interdependencies, and the impact on the business as well as stakeholder management.

Demonstrated capability to work on multiple types of activities at any one time.

Ability to collaborate with other organizations within RA, and with global teams.
