Serás responsable de identificar y desarrollar alianzas comerciales que impulsen nuestro crecimiento y generen valor. Tus principales responsabilidades serán:Identificar nuevas oportunidades de colaboración que alineen con nuestros objetivos y los de nuestros socios.Cultivarás relaciones de confianza con empresas y stakeholders clave, asegurando que cada partnership sea beneficioso y sostenible.Liderarás negociaciones y trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con nuestro equipo para garantizar que cada acuerdo cumpla con los objetivos de ambas partes.Asegurarás el éxito continuo de nuestras asociaciones a través de una supervisión constante, resolución de problemas y mejora de los procesos de colaboración.Trabajarás de la mano con marketing, ventas, producto y otros equipos para crear y ejecutar iniciativas que maximicen el impacto de cada partnership.Análisis de Rendimiento: Evaluar el impacto de cada alianza, midiendo resultados y realizando ajustes para maximizar el valor de nuestras colaboraciones.Colaboración Interna: Trabajar estrechamente con otros departamentos (marketing, ventas, producto) para alinear nuestras alianzas con los objetivos generales de la empresa.Evaluar el impacto de cada alianza, midiendo resultados y realizando ajustes para maximizar el valor de nuestras colaboraciones.Requisitos:Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociaciónMentalidad estratégica y orientada a resultadosCapacidad para trabajar en equipo y de manera autónomaConectar con personas y ver el potencial en cada nueva relación.
