Principales responsabilidades: Desarrollo de negocio en nuevos mercados: Definir estrategias de generación de leads, identificar clientes potenciales, dirigir campañas de captación, y convertir leads en clientes. Gestión de clientes: Mejorar relaciones con nuevos clientes y con los clientes actuales, incrementando el negocio en los clientes de cartera corporativa asignados. Liderazgo de propuestas comerciales: Cualificar, preparar y liderar propuestas comerciales, asegurando el proceso de desarrollo de oportunidades hasta el cierre. Planificación estratégica: Definir estrategias y planes de cobertura de objetivos, liderando equipos y recursos necesarios para la consecución de los objetivos. Gestión de PnL Propia: Responsabilidad sobre la gestión de la Profit and Loss (PnL) personal, asegurando la rentabilidad y el crecimiento sostenido del negocio. Lo que harás en el día a día: Te relacionarás con ejecutivos de nivel C dentro del mercado empresarial de tamaño medio para navegarlos a través de nuestro pipeline. Serás responsable de gestionar el proceso de venta completo, desde la identificación hasta el cierre de acuerdos, con un enfoque de venta basado en el valor. Desarrollarás y mantendrás una pipeline saludable de oportunidades comerciales y de marketing. Superarás tu cuota de ventas identificando, prospectando y cerrando acuerdos con clientes potenciales. ¿Qué necesitamos de ti? Experiencia comprobada en ventas dentro del sector tecnológico, preferentemente relacionado con soluciones Microsoft. Capacidad demostrada para gestionar y crecer una PnL propia. Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación, presentación y negociación. Orientación al proceso y seguimiento de las mejores prácticas. Residencia en Madrid o alrededores. ¿Qué te ofrecemos?
