.SummaryWe are seeking a highly talented International Sales Analyst to help drive our global sales program. The Sales Analyst will generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on technical requirements, project economics, and financial information acquired through a variety of channels. The Sales Analyst will interact will colleagues and customers in English and Spanish.He/she will utilize the CRM tools in order to provide the team a consistent and accurate view of global sales activity, by generating reports utilized for forecasting and product fulfillment purposes. The Sales Analyst works closely with the Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams to ensure that NEXTracker is consistently exceeding customer expectations while ensuring that all NEXTracker sales maintain maximum positive contribution margin.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate sales proposal process and generate quotesProvide creative input to bid strategyTrack sales activities using NetSuite ERP and Salesforce.Com CRM systemsManage all CRM system reporting, improvements and modificationsGenerate Sales reports & Presentations, and present to a wide variety of stakeholdersCreate and maintain sales models, ensuring positive contribution margin on all NEXTracker salesWork closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on creative deal structuring and bid strategyLearn and use PVSyst energy production modeling software for tracking systemsWork closely with Marketing & Product Management Team to provide input on new productsWork with Customer Care to ensure efficient communications and provide excellent customer satisfactionContinually streamline, standardize and improve proposal templates, bankability binders, and client presentationsForm excellent working relationships with other NEXTracker departments, including Customer Applications, Cost Accounting, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and best in class quality of all NEXTracker products.Periodically analyze orders and quotes to determine hit rates, top market segments, effectiveness of different value propositions, sources of leads, etc.Experience and QualificationsBS/BA in a business or technical field (MBA desired)2+ years of sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experienceProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPointExperience utilizing CRM tools, Salesforce.Com is a plusStrong financial modeling skillsExcellent ENGLISH written and oral communication skillsDemonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPassion for solar, always a plusSpanish language skills (written and oral), a plusAt Nextracker, we are leading in the energy transition, providing the most comprehensive portfolio of intelligent solar tracker and software solutions for solar power plants, as well as strategic services to capture the full value of solar power plants for our customers
