Actualmente buscamos para nuestro equipo, un Revenue Manager que gestionará cuentas claves de Iberia. Su función principal será optimizar los ingresos del establecimiento a través de una gestión estratégica y analítica de los canales de distribución, precios y reservas. Tu misión será maximizar los ingresos del hotel, no solo en términos de ventas, sino también mediante el análisis detallado del mercado y la competencia. Además, estarás a cargo de generar informes periódicos sobre la situación financiera del establecimiento, así como de coordinar estrategias de ofertas y promociones. Tus responsabilidades también incluirán el forecasting y la gestión del overbooking para garantizar la ocupación óptima de las habitaciones. Funciones a desarrollar: Analizar el pick up diario y ajustar las estrategias en consecuencia. Revisar y analizar los precios de la competencia para mantenerse competitivo en el mercado. Gestionar y ajustar las tarifas diarias basadas en el análisis de mercado, la demanda y otros indicadores relevantes. Analizar las reservas, incluyendo la antelación, el ratio de cancelación, el porcentaje de ventas por habitación y la estancia media, entre otros. Controlar el booking y la distribución en línea para maximizar la ocupación. Realizar forecasting y comparar los resultados con períodos anteriores (LY, YOY, YTD). Analizar no shows y entradas imprevistas para mejorar las estrategias de ocupación. Coordinar las ventas de diferentes tipologías de habitaciones y promover el up-selling. Controlar el llenado por canal y gestionar el overbooking de manera eficiente. Actualizar el calendario de eventos y ajustar las estrategias de precios en consecuencia. Manejar el software de Revenue Management y utilizar herramientas como Power BI, O365 y Teams para gestionar los KPIs del hotel. Colaborar con otros departamentos para mejorar las estimaciones y análisis, coordinando reuniones regulares para compartir información relevante. Proporcionar formaciones continuas sobre Revenue Management y asegurar el desarrollo del equipo assistant en este ámbito. Requisitos : Estudios: Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Turismo o campo similar. Formación específica en Revenue Management. Idiomas: Inglés nivel C1 y español nativo. Experiencia mínima: Más de 3 años de experiencia en Revenue Management. Experiencia previa en áreas relacionadas con la gestión hotelera u OTAS es altamente deseable. Sistemas: Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de Revenue Management, Power BI, O365 y Teams, y gestión de KPIs en hoteles. Conocimiento y experiencia en la operativa Colombiana. Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma.
