We enjoy leaving our comfort-zone to reach new heights and push each other to bring out the best in ourselves.If you like a growth opportunity in a dynamic environment and look forward to challenging yourself, keep reading ...Your mission within KantoxReporting to the Team Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for the following: Becoming an encyclopedia of knowledge for how Kantox works, the problems we are solving, and the benefits we bring to enterprises. Conducting effective first discovery and qualification conversations via phone/LinkedIn/email with key stakeholders from our targets accounts. Qualifying inbound leads by utilising your deep understanding of the Kantox value proposition and use-cases. Qualifying incoming leads (inbound) as potential sales opportunities through initial phone and email contact. Keeping a meticulous record of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce). Meet the team:Who you are: Master/Bachelor in economics,finance or business administration Strong written and verbal communication skills A true team player willing to roll up their sleeves and give a hand when needed Hands-on experience using multiple sales techniques (including cold emails and cold calling) A highly organised professional who is a self-driven, motivated, and achievement-focused professional Native proficiency in German Previous experience in a B2B Sales/Business Development role is a plus Previous CRM experience, especially Salesforce, is a plus Our culture An environment of innovation, accountability, and constructive feedback A diverse and multicultural team of over 40 different nationalities Grow your role and build your career with our learning and development opportunities.
