About the Role

Teleperformance is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Native or advanced level of Spanish and Catalan
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of integrity and professionalism
Desirable Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting, with strong sales acumen and ability to persuade others
  • Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Able to identify key decision makers and relevant stakeholders in a business conversation
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with a proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious approach
