Unser Sales war dabei bisher Founder-led.
Nun wollen wir erstmals ein Sales Team aufbauen, um noch mehr Startups beim Innovieren unterstützen zu können.

Aufgaben Als Sales Manager bist Du der erste persönliche Kontaktpunkt, den Interessenten mit Coup haben.
Du verkörperst daher die Marke Coup und trägst so dazu bei, dass potenzielle Kunden einen starken Eindruck von uns und unserem Produkt bekommen.
Die folgenden Aufgaben erwarten dich dabei: Du übernimmst die von unserem Marketing generierten Leads, zeigst ihnen die Vorteile unseres Produkts auf und konvertierst sie so zu zahlenden Kunden.
Du identifizierst und sprichst potenzielle Kunden (primär Startups & Scaleups) über LinkedIn und andere geeignete Netzwerke an, um neue Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen.
Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und zeigst ihnen auf, welche Mehrwerte ihnen unsere Kombination aus Beratung und Software bietet.
Du sammelst und bereitest die Erkenntnisse aus den Kontaktpunkten mit Interessenten auf, um daraus Verbesserungen für die Sales-Prozesse und unser Produkt abzuleiten.
Du bist bei Messen, Partner-Events und Master Classes die aktive und kompetente Ansprechperson vor Ort Qualifikation Du hast 2+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B Sales gesammelt Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, trittst also freundlich, aufgeschlossen und selbstsicher auf Du arbeitest eigenständig und zielorientiert Du bist ambitioniert, hast ein ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und kannst Deine Arbeit gut selbst organisieren Du hast ein grundlegendes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an neuen Technologien, Trends und Software-Tools Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse im Bereich Softwareentwicklung oder Startup-Erfahrung sind ein Plus Benefits Bei Coup legen wir Wert darauf, dass wir zusammen ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen aufbauen und uns dabei stets außergewöhnlich gut behandeln.
