**OEM Sales Manager - Heavy Equipment - Spain**

Lawsons Global Recruitment have an opportunity with a global OEM who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their new, dynamic international team.

**Purpose of OEM Sales Manager**

The Sales Manager will be a core roll in exploring and developing potential clients and will deliver professional, technical instruction and services. You will join the team in Germany and establish a dealer network in Western Europe, supported by all members of the team to achieve success.

**Responsibilities of OEM Sales Manager**
- Establish a dealer network in Western Europe, create and deliver sales promotions, achieve monthly and annual sales targets for heavy equipment including excavators, wheeled loaders, road rollers, cranes and aerial work platforms etc.
- Build and develop relationships with clients to coordinate, guide and support their sales, marketing and service goals. You will coordinate with the technical team to ensure training and coaching is delivered to dealers and customers.
- Ensure you build and maintain contacts and connections with key account clients and major rental companies.
- Deliver periodical up to date market information and reports including channel development analysis, sales analysis, customer feedback analysis and product promotion suggestions.

**Qualifications and requirements of Sales Manager**
- 3 years’ experience in the European market of construction machinery industry.
- Business proficiency with German and English language skills.
- Driving License
- Professional communicator with strong business negotiating skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and coordination capability.
- Excellent business development and customer acquisition skills.
- Outstanding skills in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel widely through Europe with occasional worldwide travel.
