The GAOM is responsible for managing the end-to-end relationship with selected Tier 1 Global Accounts from an operational point of view. This includes setting up new customers, ensuring Service Level Agreements are met, managing large escalations, solving complex issues, translating the needs of the customer into an operational plan, striving for continuous efficiency improvements, and holding Business Reviews with the customer where needed. The GAOM works closely with the operational teams in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Services, as well as Sales and country management. The GAOM is a key member of the account team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ownership of operational relationship with Global customer(s)Manages customer expectations through effective communication about HP order fulfillment capabilities and delivery performanceContributes to relationship building with the customer as trusted HP direct advisorEnables sales force to focus on revenue and margin-related activitiesCoordinates HP Sales Operations strategies - aligns operational commitments of the different business unit sales teamsIdentifies opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and driving incremental businessReports back to customer on the delivered performance (operations reviews, reporting)Manages senior level escalationsGlobal Operations and Customer Management:Develops and animates a virtual worldwide operations teamEnsures global commitments to the customer are honoredActs as an account-related escalation point for internal teamsDevelops clear action plans for operational teams and monitors performanceMonitors account metrics and drives corrective actionsMeasures service levels, cost to serve, customer satisfactionUnderstands root causes when targets are missed and drives corrective actionIdentifies & recommends end-to-end process optimization opportunitiesManages changePrepares and drives customer QBRs on all operational aspectsQUALIFICATIONS:Solid understanding of HP capabilities and key commercial strategiesUnderstanding of internal approval processes, contract requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsActive listening skillsCustomer relationship managementExecutive presentationsNegotiation and influencing skillsSetting the right expectationsManaging virtual teamsCross-regional leadershipTime management, ability to prioritize, ability to cope with workload peaksAgile mindsetBusiness acumenAbility to build effective rapport with sales and customersEducation and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience5 years or more experience in an operational roleProject and/or Program Management experience preferably within an international environmentFluent in English both oral and in writingFluency in other European languages will be a plus (French preferred)Job: Sales OperationsSchedule: Full timeShift: No shift premium (Romania)Travel: 25%Relocation: NoEqual Opportunity Employer (EEO):HP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).Please be assured that you will not be subject to any adverse treatment if you choose to disclose the information requested.
