Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and building lasting relationships. They should have experience working in fast-paced B2B Payments or Fintech firms and a proven track record of successfully managing top-tier accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, and addressing client needs to ensure their satisfaction. They will also conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure their goals are being met and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. You will monitor and analyze account performance, providing insights and recommendations to clients to drive growth. You will also develop and implement account strategies to enhance client engagement and retention, understand clients' business objectives and industry trends to provide tailored solutions, and prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.

About you:

  • You have +4 years of experience working in fast-paced B2B Payments or Fintech firms
  • You have sales experience with a proven track record of successfully managing top-tier accounts
  • You are self-motivated and driven
  • You have sales acumen (understanding deal processes, negotiation, calculating realistic deal sizes)
  • You are fluent/advanced in English (written and spoken)
  • Salesforce experience is a strong plus
